Qualification : B.Tech. Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institution.

Experience:
• Minimum 2 years experience in Building Construction works in Government/Public Sector Organizations.
• Knowledge of PWD Manual and Kerala Municipality Building Rules (KMBR).
• Experience in Structural Design and Project Report Preparation.
Age Limit : Not exceeding 36 years as on 01.01.2026.
Remuneration : ₹35,000/- per month (Consolidated).
