Yes. Processing fee is charged before execution of the loan agreement :

  1. Self-Employment Loans :
    • Up to ₹10 lakh: 0.75% (maximum ₹5,000)
    • Above ₹10 lakh: 0.50% (maximum ₹10,000)
  1. Education and other loans :
    • 0.75% (maximum ₹5,000)

Processing fee is generally non-refundable.
