Accepted securities include :

1. Employee Surety: Permanent employees of Government, PSUs, aided institutions, etc. (Maximum loan: ₹10.00 lakh)
2. Land Security: Loan up to 80% of market value or 90% of fair value
3. Other Securities: Bank Fixed Deposits, LIC policies, NSC, and Bank Guarantees
